Bill Anderson
President CIC, AAI
As a graduate of the University of Kansas and holder of a Doctorate of Musical Arts Degree,
Bill's affiliation with the agency began in 1981. Since that time and under his leadership,
the Anderson Peck Agency has developed into one of Topeka's premier Independent Insurance
Agencies.
In 1994, Bill was honored by the Kansas Insurance Association and the 1752 Club as their
Kansas Agent of the Year. In 1999, he received the Hunter Advocacy Award from the Child
Care Providers Coalition of Kansas. He is currently on the Board of Directors of the Independent
Insurance Agents of Topeka. He has also served on the Agents Advisory Boards of several
insurance companies and is active in many Church and Community activities.

Ed Peck
Executive Vice President
Ed Peck a native of Topeka, began his insurance career in 1963 as an inspector for the
Topeka Inspection Bureau. After a 22 year involvement with another Topeka Independent
Insurance Agency, he joined forces with Bill Anderson in 1990 to form the Anderson Peck
Agency.
Ed is actively involved, if only on a part time basis, in the operation of his farm. His
knowledge of farming and rural life as well as his experience in commercial insurance,
have allowed him to design and administer one of the nation's premier Custom Harvester
Programs. He has also developed a special dividend insurance program for Kansas Rural
Water Districts.
He currently serves as Treasurer of Tecumseh Township, and is a member of the Topeka-Tecumseh Fire District Board as well as being active in his Church
and Community.

Martha Elkin
Office Manager/Bookkeeper/Systems Manager, CISR
Martha Elkin's insurance accounting background encompasses over 30 years and her
experience brings tremendous expertise and stability to our accounting department.
Previously employed by a large Topeka General Managing Agency, she has been with Anderson
Peck since 1984. Through her efforts, our agency is able to provide a highly efficient
business environment in which to work and to conduct business. In 2000, Martha was
honored with a "Certificate of Achievement" from the Sales & Marketing Executives of Topeka.

Debee Fraker
Personal Lines Dept. Manager
Debee Fraker joined our APIA family in 1999. Debee brings over 10 years of personal
lines experience to our agency. Her expertise in placing business through a direct
writer and through an independent insurance agency system have allowed her to transfer that
knowledge into quality assistance for our clients. Debee was voted one of the top five
insurance agents in the 2006 Best of Topeka survey, and, in 2008 was a recipient of the 2007
Distinguished Sales & Marketing Award from Sales & Marketing Executives of Topeka.

Ann Uhl
Commercial Lines Department Manager
Ann joined us in January of 2007 and has over 25 years of commercial lines insurance experience.
With Anderson Peck, her primary duties include the marketing and servicing of commercial lines
accounts and the reporting and monitoring of commercial lines claims. Ann has been a member of
"Women in Construction" since 1989 and is an active member of her church.

Joseph M. Wempe
Agent
Joe is a lifelong Topeka resident and graduated from Hayden High School and the University of Kansas.
From 1974 to 1976, Joe served as an examiner for the Kansas Insurance Department. Since that time he
has served the Topeka community as an Independent Insurance Agent, Primarily in the property/casualty
area, and has held various positions with the Independent Insurance Agents of Kansas and Topeka. Joe
and his wife Debbie have 2 children.

Ed R. Bryan
Agent
A lifelong Topekan, Ed received his business degree from the University of Kansas and a Juris Doctor from
Washburn Law School. After graduation, Ed co-found and became President and Chief Financial Officer of
Bryan World Tours and Bryan Career College. The travel agency was awarded the Small Business of the Year Award
by the Greater Topeka Chamber of Commerce. In 1996 he entered the insurance industry specializing in
Long Term Care, Life and Annuities. Desiring to increase the products he could offer his clients, he became
licensed to also market business insurance and personal lines such as homeowners and auto. Ed believes that
the point of sale is when his real job begins and promises each client that he will be there for them "down
the road" in the event of questions, problems or changes. Ed is married and has grown children. He is active
on several non-profit boards, in his church and is a member of the Downtown KIWANIS Club.
